Thirsty slut daw? Netizen blasts Risa Hontiveros' SONA dress

A Twitter user slammed Sen. Risa Hontiveros for the dress she wore on Pres. Rodrigo Duterte's 2019 State of the Nation Address.

In a Twitter post, Carlo Malonzo, whose username is @carlo1em, flagged Sen. Risa Hontiveros after a picture of the incumbent senators surfaced hours prior Duterte's 4th SONA.

The opposition senator clapped back at the netizen's remark on the same social media platform and gained praises from some netizens.

Hontiveros is the author of the recently passed Bawal Bastos Bill which can also punish violations done online.
