'Let's all be united': China donates 200K surgical masks to help PH combat nCoV

Upang matulungan ang mga Filipino laban sa banta ng coronavirus sa bansa ay nag donate ang gobyerno ng China ng 200,000 na surgical masks, ayon sa palasyo ng Malacanang.

Nagpasalamat din ang Pilipinas sa tulong na ito mula sa Chinese government at sinabing ang pagbabahagi ng kaalaman maliban sa masks ay napakalaking tulong upang malabanan ang coronavirus.

“We wish to acknowledge with great appreciation the donation of the Chinese government of 200,000 surgical masks and its offer of sharing medical information and findings on the novel coronavirus. Such sharing will go a long way in better understanding and containing the spread of nCoV,” ayon kay spokesman Salvador Panelo nitong Linggo

Nanawagan din si Panelo sa publiko na maging maingat sa pagpapakalat ng impormasyon sa social media na maaring maging sanhi ng takot ng mga tao.

“They will only exacerbate the already heightened fear among the people by their negativism. Instead of dwelling on the negative, we all should join hands in allaying the apprehensions of the citizenry and contribute to the containment of the disease by observing and following the health protocols put up by the Department of Health and other agencies of the government,”aniya

Hinikayat din ni Panelo ang mga netizens na magkaisa at maging mapag matyag.

“Let us all be united and vigilant with the rest of the countries and their citizens in combatting and surmounting this global health emergency,” aayon kay Panelo

“We acknowledge the grave anxiety over the safety of the Chinese people, as well as the other nationals of the rest of the world, by the People’s Republic of China.” aniya*

Sa Pilipinas, dalawa na umano ang kumpirmadong nag positibo sa 2019 nCov, na parehong mga Chinese nationals na nanggaling ng Wuhan, China.

Dahil sa pagpasok ng virus sa bansa ay marami sa Pilipino ang di maiwasan ang mag panic. Ang iba naman ay lantarang umiiwas sa mga Tsinong naninirahan sa bansa.

Nagkaroon din ng kakulangan sa surgical masks at nagkakaubusan na sa mga drug stores ng supply nito.

Kaya naman, nag padala umano ang China ng 200,000 pirasong masks para sa mga Pilipino. Bukod dito, binahagi din ng China ang kanilang kaalaman tungkol sa naturang coronavirus.
