PCOO USec Badoy has message to yellow apologists tagging her as ‘GF’ of PRRD

Presidential Communications and Operations Undersecretary Lorraine Badoy in a Facebook post on the evening of January 2, denied that she was not a girlfriend of President Rodrigo Duterte, a rumor which she claims is being spread by the opposition, which is the Liberal Party.

Badoy who was appointed by Duterte in October of this year, said that the rumors are brewed by the LP and  its supporters..



She said that her acts were merely because of her affection towards the President.

She said people find her actions "effusive".

Badoy stated that she has two things to say on the matter, and the first on people's advice for her to be more aware of what she writes and publishes online.

"First of all I don't know how that gets done. Pandering to my audience is a skill that escapes me.To write with the thought of winning people over or to get a reaction from anyone--well, that kind of writing is a mystery to me. I have no idea--no idea at all -- how people pull that off because I simply don't care what anyone thinks of me when I write what I write," she said.

"I just need to write what is true to me. End of story. It is as simple and as complicated as that for me. When you get right down to it, I truly write for no one but myself. So I sleep better at night and so my kutis will be malasutla na para akong nagPalmolive. (I know, dated na dated. Hindi ako nanonood ng TV so 80s pa ata yan. So perish the thought that I will ever water down my very public show of affection for our President. Eh wala pa nga yan," she added.



Badoy has been supporting Duterte through her social media since the campaign period, and has garnered followers because of it. She along with pro-Duterte blogger Mocha Uson were given appointments in the PCOO last year.

"You should see me when I am with him. I cup his face in my hands. And I kiss both his cheeks. And I tell him "Thank you for doing all that you do for us. We love you." said while looking him straight in the eye. To his credit, the President returns the favor. Laban kung laban. Lalakeng-lalaki. Looks me straight in the eye and says "I love you all." Or if I'm lucky, "I love you."" she said.

She said that it is a known fact that the opposition which she labels "dilawan", does not understand how people like her adore the President.

"This must be bewildering to them who support what must be the WORST President this country has ever had. Eh mahirap talaga mahalin ang ubod ng walang kwentang pangulo na walang kapake-pakelam sa atin. Na mas ninais pang mag-DOTA at mag-beauty sleep while 44 of his men walked into their deaths. Na leader ng mga ubod ng walang kwentang, walang pusong, walang konsensyang alter egos nya na sila Donkey, Mar, etc etc," she said.

"Tapos ang naging Pangulo pa natin after, ubod ng galing, ubod ng tutoo sa atin, ubod ng tapang, tunay ang malasakit. We really have no choice but to love such a President no? Clear enough, dilaws?"  she added.
