Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte blasts Trillanes: Prove first na hindi ka nagsisinungaling

Senator Antonio Trillanes IV has repeatedly spoken against President Rodrigo Duterte and highlighted the President’s alleged offshore accounts containing ill-gotten wealth. The bank issues were believed to have been spurred by Trillanes’ bitterness towards Rodrigo’s rejection of the senator’s offer to be his vice president during the 2016 elections.

In recent statements by Trillanes where he claimed being unaware of Rodrigo’s election issues that have long been thrown against the latter since his days as a Davao politician, an irate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte came to defend her father.



In her post, Sara enumerated the election years and issues thrown against her father, most of which were the same allegations since Rodrigo’s 1995 elections. It revolved on the Davao Death Squad (DDS), goons, gold, and girls and have been resurfacing every time Rodrigo runs for a position.

With the repetitiveness and “ad nauseam” of the issues, Sara lambasted Trillanes for claiming that he never knew of Rodrigo’s issues that had painted the President as a “mamamatay tao” and “magnanakaw”.

In light of Trillanes labels against the President, Sara was quick to counter that the words “mamamatay tao” and “magnanakaw” were big coming from someone who uses the Senate to gain”parliamentary immunity”
especially since Trillanes is known for the coups he carried out before.



In her full post on Facebook, Sara said,

Maiba pa tayo, since now we have established lying, prove to everybody that piece of shit paper of bank accounts you are waving around is not fake, Pinocchio. 
Tigas ng mukha mo magsabi pamilya ng mamatay tao at magnanakaw kami pero nagtatago ka sa parliamentary immunity. Pakita mo bayag mo, huwag mo itago yan sa Senado.
