“The important question must be asked: WHO STANDS TO GAIN IF DUTERTE IS OUSTED? WHO WILL REJOICE IF THE DRUG CAMPAIGN IS SUDDENLY STOPPED?”

The consecutive killings of three minors allegedly by policemen, while worthy of condemnation, cannot be directly blamed on the Rodrigo Duterte administration, said an educator of the Pamantasang Lungsod ng Maynila.

The statement came from the discovery of the body of 14 year-old Reynaldo De Guzman who was stabbed over thirty times.

De Guzman was the missing companion of Carl Arnaiz, 19, who was beaten up before being killed by police.

Both deaths came after the killing of Kian Delos Santos, 17, also at the hands of policemen. Kian was dragged in an alley and shot at the back after he was told to run for his life.

“This latest killing is obviously no random event or occurrence. Having seen the grave concern about the slaying of Kian, the evil perpetrators have struck again to build up the public's anger by painting a scenario that the Administration is behind the killings. And this time, the young kid was stabbed 28 times to magnify how gruesome is the drug war,” he said.

Carlo Ganac opined that De Guzman, who had no connection at all with drugs, was most likely killed propaganda campaign built upon the unnecessary and unconscionable killing this time of young teenagers as fuel to malign the President.

He said the narrative of the events is being woven by Liberal Party Senators Risa Hontiveros and Leila de Lima, as well as LP Vice President Leni Robredo.

“The circumstances behind these synchronized non-random events point to an evil conspiracy by politicians at both the national levels and police generals and protectors who have been benefitting from the illegal drug trade. The pattern of political machinations coupled with media is so obvious as not to be missed,” Ganac said.

He said the LPs  are suspect as they could gain power from the chain of events.

“The latest spates of killing among young teens are undoubtedly perpetuated by the Scalawag Generals within the PNP who are into the drug trade. There exists a virus within the organization, just like in the Bureau of Customs. President Duterte and General Dela Rosa's big challenge is how to cleanse the ranks, considering that these Generals have a wide network of influence among the front line enforcers from within,” he said.

The educator added that the blood of Kian, Carl and Reynaldo is on the hands of the LP.
