SolGen Calida hits Kiko, Risa: 'Are you hiding skeletons in the closet?'

After Sens. Kiko Pangilinan and  Risa Hontiveros claimed that Pork Barrel scam 'mastermind' Janet Lim Napoles cannot be a state witness in the reinvestigation of the Department of Justice (DOJ) on the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) anomaly, Solicitor General Jose Calida hit out at these 'yellow' senators through series of tweets on Twitter.

Calida asked why Pangilinan and Hontiveros were "fomented" over the inversion of Napoles' conviction by the Court of Appeals (CA) and asked if the two lawmakers were "hiding skeletons" in their closet.

After knowing the CA's decision, Pangilinan said the verdict could affect the testimony of Luy in the cases alleging Napoles' involvement in the misuse of PDAF of lawmakers.

Pangilinan additionally scrutinized Calida for favoring Napoles' absolution when he told the CA last January that the proof introduced by the indictment did not bolster the conviction.
