BREAKING: Alleged fake witness of Trillanes and Sabio on EJK meets with DOJ Sec Aguirre

In a Facebook post of Atty. Bruce Rivera on Monday afternoon, May 15, 2017, he revealed that Guillermina Arcillas went to the Department of Justice and met with Sec. Vitaliano Aguirre II to start the wheels of justice.

Arcillas was an allegedly engaged by Antonio Trillanes and Atty. Jude Sabio along with Lascañas and Matobato to be a fake witness on the EJK in the Senate and subsequently to the ICC, according to Atty. Rivera.



In another Facebook post of Edwin Jamora, an avid supporter of the administration said Arcillas went to DOJ to file a case against Trillanes.

"Remember the fake witness na binayaran ni trillanes at atty sabio para mag file ng complaint sa ICC? Nagpunta siya sa DOJ this noon at nakausap si Sec Aguirre. Maghahain siya ng kaso vs Trillanes!," Jamora said.

Jamora also confirmed on his post that Arcillas was accompanied by Atty. Bruce V. Rivera, not as her lawyer but as a concerned citizen.

It was also revealed that Sec. Aguirre asked her if she wants witness protection however the latter declined, "Safe naman daw siya sa Davao."
