Paula Defensor Knack slams Lacierda: 'You must study int'l criminal law first before opening your mouth'
Atty Paula Defensor Knack in her Facebook post lambasted former Presidential Spokesperson Edwin Lacierda after he expressed his support for  the complaint filed against President Rodrigo Duterte in the International Criminal Court.

The complaint was filed by Atty. Jude Sabio, the lawyer of self-confessed hitman Exgar Matobato last week.

In a tweet, Lacierda said "PH is now in the league  with some African nations where crimes vs. humanity ahve been filed. To #ProsecuteDute is to see if truth will (come) out".

The complaint filed against Duterte was put in comparison  to the complaints filed againsst the drug war between cartels and the government in Mexico.

Defensor-Knack responded by saying that the Mexican drug war was recognized by an ICC judge as "not a war crime or crime against humanity".

She quoted ICC Prosecutor Moreno who said the same thing before the Federal Judicial Institute in Mexico.

"HINDI ATA ALAM ni Lacierda na ang drug war ng Mexico ay hindi crime against humanity ayon sa Prosecutor ng ICC na si Moreno na ngayon nagtuturao sa Harvard," she said.

"So LACIERDA, EAT YOUR HEART OUT BECAUSE YOU DONT LIVE AT THE HAGUE. WE DO & WE KNOW INTL. CRIMINAL LAW VERY WELL," she added.

In the comment section of her Facebook post, she said that Lacierda must study international criminal law first before opening his mouth.
