Chu posted that anyone who would have President Rodrigo Duterte impeached would face difficult consequences.

"Hindi naman ako fortune teller but I feel if you try to impeach Duterte and succeed, a mob will kill a senator and no one will get convicted because everyone will protect each other," her post read.

Cuerpo said he couldn't grasp how people could read posts like that and call the country "safer".

Chu replied by saying that the post was a reply to Senator Antonio Trillanes and was taken out of context.

"Why don't you first expect decency and humanity and rationality from your elected officials before expecting it from ordinary citizens like me? Nakakadiri kayo, feeling decent while supporting indecent people," she said.

"You are so far removed from reality you think "rationality has gone out the window." Yes, because Trillanes is the paragon of rationality," she added.

The writer said she despised how having a different opinion has become a challenge.

"I don't understand how people can read stuff like the vitriol spread by anonymous pages, and then read opinions by people like me, and then just because we have a different opinion, kami ang walang karapatang magsabi ng saloobin? Ganoon?," she said.

She said just because Cuerpo thinks otherwise, doesn't mean hers is not civilized or humane.
