Radio journalist ED Dan Verzola on his Facebook page lambasted Liberal Party advocates criticizing President Rodrigo Duterte since they only voiced out against human rights violations after President Noynoy Aquino became president.
Verzola accused them of never giving time to crimes such as rape, murder and illegal drugs committed by drug addicts before.
He also accused these LP members and supporters of not condemning the beheading of Abu Sayyaf Group kidnap-for-ransom victims and some beheaded or the killing of the SAF 44 in Mamasapano, both incidents occured under the Aquino administration.
He said they never even talked about the massive corruption of their "boss in Malacanang" before.
"Now that our society is being cleansed with all these crimes, they want President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE be charged?" he said.
"ARE HUMAN RIGHTS ADVOCATES NOW PUNYETAS?" he added.
To date, critics of Duterte remain vocal in opposing themethods of his war on drugs.
