Blogger says Leni and speakers' goal was not to help victims, but destroy Duterte

A blogger from website GRPundit criticized how Vice President Leni Robredo's speaker Georgina Hernandez was mum when asked about the VP's claims of trying to help victims of extrajudicial killings who claimed that a system of "palit ulo" has been started by the PNP.

"Palit ulo" refers to an allegedly existing system where if the drug suspect cannot be found, the PNP, a family member or close relative of his are being targeted.



The article noted how when CNN journalist Pia Hontiveros interviewed Robredo's speaker, Georgina Hernandez and asked for descriptions of the victims who allegedly complained to Robredo and evaded the question.

She also evaded Hontiveros' question on whether or not the VP verified the victims' claims with the PNP.

"Georgina just kept saying the OVP wrote to the PNP to ask for information about the drug war in January but got no answer. Stop lying, Georgina. You’re not even answering the question. You can’t answer because you never consulted to PNP about your outrageous accusations before you did that video," 

"Because your goal wasn’t really about helping the “victims”. Your real goal for doing that video was to discredit the drug war, discredit the PNP, and discredit President Duterte in the eyes of the world."
