This is what De LaSalle University professor Antonio Contreras towards rebel forces who refuse to accept ceasefire.
In a Facebook post, Contreras said that it is a "protracted war" that the Left wants because they "profit from it."
He said, "Peace means no revolutionary taxes and no foreign donors."
Contreras also speculated that the left will never accept peace that relies on the "continuation of their theorizes enemies." He also hoped that President Rodrigo Duterte is just playing with words when it comes to the peacetalks.
As piece of advice, Contreras suggested that Duterte ignore their clamor and that they should "dealt with the normal rules of engagement of a state protecting itself from rogue elements."
Contreras ended, "Deny the left a platform to exist."
