El Shaddai leader on 'Walk for Life' event: 'Sa totoo lang nakiusap yung presidente ng CBCP'
A circulation video is now making rounds online as confirmation that the Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippine indeed urged its followings to join the 'Walk for Life' event in Luneta.
Present in the rally were members of varied religious sectors in the country.
“Pagsinabi ng minamahal sumusunod ‘yon. Nagmamahal din. Pagsinabing tayo’y pumunta ng Luneta, pupunta kayo hindi?,” Velarde spoke in the video in front of an audience.
In between chuckle, Velarde said that it is up to those in the audience if they will go or not but it were him, “pupunta ako.”
“Whether I’m there or not there, bet there,” Velarde stated.
