On the issue of Senator Manny Pacquiao leading the Senate ousters, Malou Tiquia, Asia's political expert commented that the boxing champion is "the Benjamin of the chamber" thereby attracting support.
"Who would oppose a pound-for-pound or be in a frame with the Pambsansang Kamao?" Tiquia stated.
Furthermore, political whiz Malou Tiquia hit journalists covering the Senate asking them to "study well."
"Sana ang ibang media practitioner ay mag-aral naman. Ang tanong nyo kapag tanga gusto nyong sagutin ng maayos?" Tiquia wrote on her Facebook page.
The post comes as a reaction after inquiries were made about Pacquiao-led motion to replace several Senate committee committee chairpersons including Senators Frank Drilon, Bam Aquino, and Risa Hontiveros.
She went on to explain that operations of the Senate which she describes to be running on "decision of the majority." In a separate post, she also quipped at people speculating that the removal of these senator is a "prelude to dictatorship."
"Madre mia. That happens in every Congress, in any legislative body in a democracy," she explained. She also asked for people who "do not know the Committee system in the Senate" to research before claiming plans of dictatorship.
In the end, she expressed, "Nothing to do with gray matter, but everything to do with the script for the day in plenary and a lot of game theory."
