De La Salle University's professor of Political Science Antonio Contreras asked for Senator Leila de Lima to be chained and put behind bars the moment she gets back to the country.
According to Contreras, De Lima is abroad "maligning the President and committing acts bordering on treason" and is scheduled to go home on Thursday, December 22.
He also said that as a former Department of Justice Secretary, the Senator has a lot of explaining to do about the Philippines' drug problem.
"Ang dami na dapat ikaso diyan. Nakakabwisit na puro lang mga press conference at mga kaso katulad ng obstruction of justice at disbarment ang sinasampa." he said.
"Nauumay at nababagot na ang taong bayan." he added.
