Trillanes filed an affidavit on 9 May, 2016 which sought Duterte’s dismissal for allegedly plundering P708 million budgeted for 11,000 ghost employees in Davao City Hall in 2014.

The senator claimed that Duterte hid these ill-gotten wealth in undisclosed accounts he shared with his family.

Trillanes uncovered Duterte’s undisclosed deposits at the BPI J. Vargas branch in Pasig City with over P2.4 billion in total transactions from 2006 to 2015.

He also found that Duterte owned dozens of properties placed under his name and his four children – Sara, Paolo, Sebastian, and Victoria.

Trillanes asked Morales to direct the  Anti-Money Laundering Council open the bank accounts and freeze them until the probe is over.
