Prominent political analyst to Robredo: Marcos case had legal grounds, 'wag ka'ng epal
Prominent Political analyst and professor of political science Antonio Contreras told Vice President Leni Robredo to back off in his Facebook page.
"Leni Robredo you are not a party to the script tampering case filed by the Marcos camp. Huwag kang epal at may move on comment ka pa diyan kasi napaghahalata ka." he wrote.
He said that the electoral protest filed by the Vice Presidential candidate had legal grounds.
He said the case is appealable and has a good chance of being reversed.
"It is involving a special law where the mere admission by Smartmatic should have sent the case to trial and intent to defraud should never have been an issue at the preliminary investigation stage." he wrote.
" I have talked to many practicing lawyers and they all agree on this basic rule, which I am surprised you do not know. Lawyer ka pa naman." he added
He claimed that the strength of the Marcos protest at the PET was less based in the script anomaly.

It was focused on the alleged fraud that happened in ARMM which he also claimed will be proven after the ballots are scrutinized for recounting of election votes.
