Prominent lawyer to De Lima: "Nakikita ka namin, umayos ka"
Trixie Cruz-Angeles, lawyer in controversial cases hit Senator Leila de Lima, claiming that she is trying undermine the sovereign will of the Filipino people who voted for the President Rodrigo Duterte in the May elections.
Senator De Lima ran to the aid of the Supreme Court and filed for habeas data against the President despite his immunity from suit.
De Lima wishes to retrieve what she claimed were private information about her which was obtained by Duterte and his allies.
De Lima wrote the petition and passed it on to the SC with alleged video and audio recordings of Duterte threatening her.
Cruz-Angeles said that De Lima was annoying the SC to get what she wants.
"Dinadaan mo sa kulit at pilit and binabawal ng batas. Yang pag file mo laban sa Pangulo gayong alam mo naman may immunity sya," she wrote.
She claimed that the senator simply wanted to oust Duterte.
"Yang pag file mo laban sa Pangulo gayong alam mo naman may immunity sya, napaghahalataan kang ang habol mo ay tanggalin ang Pangulo. Pero sige go ka pa rin ng go kasi baka sakaling makalusot at matanggal ang tinik sa tadyang ng Partido Liberal." she wrote.

"Nakikita ka namin ha, umayos ka." she added.
