Pacquiao's congressman bro gets Sebastian's statement: "Blame De Lima"

The brother of Senator Manny Pacquiao was able to get a statement from detained drug lord Jaybee Sebastian saying Senator Leila de Lima is the "one to blame" for drug business at the New Bilibid Prison.

On the House Probe regarding drug proliferation in NBP, Rep. Rogelio Pacquiao asked Sebastian straight up who he thinks is the “protector” of the illicit business at the national penitentiary.

Rep. Pacquiao asked Sebastian, "Sino ba ang protector ng drug trade sa NBP?”.

To which Sebastian replied,"Mahirap magsalita…pero sa takbo ng kwento, si Secretary De Lima ang may kasalanan nito".

“Okay, maganda na yung maliwanag,”  Pacquiao said.

Sebastian has yet to give a clear statement pointing to De Lima before this exchange of words.

De Lima during her time as Justice Secretary allegedly benefited from the NBP drug business.
