Lacson confirms De Lima's cell number

This was the statement of Sen. Ping Lacson referring to the cellphone number listed on Senate Majority Leader Vicente Sotto’s cellular phone.

On Tuesday, Herbert Colanggo said aloud the cellphone number used by De Lima in contacting him for the delivery of P3-million a month as payoff for her “management” of the drug trade inside the NBP.


“Paano nalaman ni Colanggo yan, kung hindi talaga niya natawagan? Ito ang verifiable facts na na-verify ang nag-a-appear ngayon na talagang kung mag-fact check ka, totoo,” Lacson said.

Lacson said he is not particular on the person who is testifying, but on the information he or she is attesting to.


“Ang tinitingnan ko mga content ng tine-testify niya (Colanggo). Kasi ako mahilig mag-check. Kapag may sinabi ka, check ko agad kung verifiable sinabi mo, kung nakabase sa facts. Kung mali, wala na sa akin ang credibility ng tao,” Lacson said.
