This was the response of President Duterte when asked by reporters before his departure to Laos if Obama might raise the issue on extrajudicial killings in their meeting.
Washington has communicated worry around a surge in drug related killings since Duterte got to be president two months back promising to wipe out drugs in the Southeast Asian country.
Duterte had before said he was willing to talk with Obama on any issue, yet included that the U.S. president must hear him out first before raising the subject of human rights.
