“I know there are protectors of colorum vehicles. We have to assure the public that this will be sustained and this will be unpredictable. You will never know when we will be arriving,” Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairman Atty. Martin Delgra told Saturday morning.


After President Rodrigo Duterte exposed five authorities of the Philippine National Police who are purportedly involved in illegal drug trade operations, the LTFRB Chairman in like manner prepared to uncover the names of protector of colorum vehicles as of now in operation.

This is a piece of Delgra's motivation of campaign against corruption in the LTFRB.

In a report of UNTV News, beginning today, July 9, 2016, LTFRB will force a more concentrated campaign against colorum vehicles. 

The organization, nonetheless, concedes that it won't have the capacity to finish everything alone in this way it is looking for the help of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and the PNP Highway Patrol Group. 

A fine of one million pesos will be requested to colorum transports; P200,000 for vans; P50,000 for traveler jeepneys; and P120,000 for vehicle taxi.
