Top drug lords and crime rulers are raising P1 billion for the heads of approaching President Rodrigo Duterte, his blessed Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, a senator and other administration official. 

A source told media that approximately 20 drug rulers inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP), were adding to the kill-Duterte fund. 

As per the source, prior reports of a P50-million prize on Duterte and approaching PNP chief, Chief Supt. Ronald dela Rosa "are not valid but rather greater." 

"One individual will pay, as well as individuals from various associations," said the source, who had private learning of the drug trade. 

"There are most likely 20" principle players, the source included. What's more, every principle player promised P50 million for the pot cash, bringing the whole reserve to about P1 billion. 

Dela Rosa prior said that drug masters inside NBP offered P10 million for his and Duterte's heads. Be that as it may, there were no takers so the prize was raised to P50-million. 

The prize from the illegal drug masters came after Duterte offered rewards for each medication ruler or pusher slaughtered. The President-choose guaranteed P5 million for each dead medication master, P3 million if captured alive and P50,000 each from little time pushers. 

Dela Rosa issued a notice to offenders: "We will smash you. We will bury you."
