Open letter of a Registered Nurse to his impolite co-nurses

Open letter of a Registered Nurse to his impolite co-nurse
by Kenneth Arzadon

THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE OF CHANGING DIAPERS nor an issue of being a Reviewer or working in a review center. Its how a nurse impolitely and unprofessionally communicated with the Patient’s Wife, followed by another incident when the nurse’s colleague insulted the Patient’s Son on Social Media.

At this point in time, I am not the son, grandson, or nephew of anyone. I am Registered Nurse Advocating for a Patient and His Family.

Let my “CIVILIZED” remark be:
“KAILANMAN AY WALANG KARAPATAN ANG SINO MANG NURSE NA BASTUSIN, ITRATO NG HINDI MAAYOS, AT PAGSALITAAN NG HINDI MAGANDA ANG SINO MANG PASYENTE O KAMAG-ANAK NG PASYENTE ANO PA MANG SITWASYON ANG KINALALAGYAN NILA.”

NEVER JUSTIFY YOUR UNETHICAL CONDUCT WITH:
1. Nurse-Patient Ratio
2. Nurses Not Being Paid Well
3. Defending a Colleague’s attitude towards patients
4. A Patient’s watcher and Son's Negative Comment of the Delivery of Care
5. “Changing Diapers not a Nurse’s Job, rather a Caregiver’s work”

For the Information of Everyone, It is but fair for me to commend and compliment the Health Care Institution for sending me a Personal Message on Facebook:

“We would like to deeply apologize for this incident Sir. We will look into it and get back to you at the soonest possible time for a resolution. Thank you for your time. Again, we are very sorry Sir.”

Yet, the person involved has remained boldly arrogant and insolent to have sent me a personal message with portentous remarks, personal attacks, and using other people to justify what she believes as an “Act of Defense.” This prompted me to post this status as I have the right to defend myself.

In medicine we have what we call RES IPSA LOQUITOR. "the thing speaks for itself."

In Logic and Philosophy, there are fallacies or Irrational Arguments such as:
ARGUMENTUM AD HOMINEM (abusive and circumstantial): the fallacy of attacking the character of an individual who is advancing a statement or an argument instead of trying to disprove the truth of the statement or the soundness of the argument.

HOMUMCULUS FALLACY where a "middle-man" is used for explanation without addressing the real nature of an issue.

RETROSPECTIVE DETERMINISM wherein someone irrationally argues that because an event has occurred under some circumstance, the circumstance must have made its occurrence inevitable.
