"Anyway, mayor pa naman siya at si PNoy ang pres (Anyway, he's still a mayor and President Aquino is the president)," included Go in his instant message.

Duterte, who has been Davao leader for almost 3 decades, won the 2016 presidential decisions after at first demanding he would not like to keep running for president.

He was announced on May 31 and will take his promise as president on June 30 yet.

In one public interview, Duterte was gotten some information about media killings. The Davao chairman clarified some of those executed were degenerate columnists, winning him the fury of writers both here and abroad.

The Paris-based guard dog bunch Reporters Without Borders approached writers to blacklist the disputable president-choose however media selected to keep covering him.
