Construction worker writes a tearful letter to Pres-elect Duterte

Nestor Buenconsejo, a construction worker, writes to President-elect Rodrigo Duterte to say he hopes that all construction workers receive a higher salary so they can live a better life. 

He adds he is working hard to finish his studies and hopes to fulfill his dream of becoming a soldier.
