2 rape victims seek help from Pres. Duterte: Wala nang dapat mabuhay na ganyan, maraming mabibiktima

Police have captured the driver of a colorum UV Express transport who professedly assaulted two ladies inside his van in Quezon City a week ago. 

The rape victims, ages 22 and 27, boarded the van in Quezon Avenue-EDSA last Friday night.
