On the latest tweet of Ms. Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach, many were puzzled if Mayor Duterte is the one she's referring as 'The Philippine Eagle'.
Mayor Rody is known for his advocacy for change ('Para sa Pagbabago') and he is always being referred to as 'The Philippine Eagle'. Recently, on his rally in Zambaoanga and Pagadian, he has ridden on a float with an eagle as a decoration.
