[REPLAY] Presidential Debate 2016 in Cebu

The second leg of presidential open deliberation named as 'Pilipinas Debates 2016' was held on Sunday, March 20, at the University of the Philippines (UP) in Cebu City.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) in organization with network TV5 and print and online media Philippine Star have effectively mounted the open deliberation after more than hour-long postpone in the begin of the system because of issues on verbal confrontation rules.
