LP denies 'black propaganda" plot against Duterte

In response to the allegation of "Black Propaganda" against Duterte, the Liberal Party denied the assertions of Duterte's camp. 

"Mayor Duterte continues asserting that there are consipirasies against him, but all of his dreams have been proven false," Ibarra "Barry" Gutierrez III told INQUIRER.

Gutierrez then hammered Duterte's supporters, whom he depicted as "specialists at dark purposeful publicity." 

"The incongruity is, it is his supporters that are specialists at black propaganda, posting fake stories, fake photographs, and fake supports online," Gutierrez said.
