ABS-CBN Shows Remain on Top, Outshine GMA Programs

It is unstoppable! ABS-CBN shows continue to dominate the TV rating game according to Kantar Media Nationwide ratings as of February 11, 2016.

Among the top 10 shows on the said day, 7 Kapamilya programs were included while only 3 from GMA.

Here are the highlights:

Daytime: “Be My Lady” wins daytime programming as it garnered 19.0% rating compare to GMA's The Ryzza Mae Show 8.5%. 

Noontime: “It’s Showtime” continuously beats“Eat…Bulaga!” hitting 20.1% anew compared to “Bulaga” that had 15.1%.

Afternoon: "Passion De Amor" leads afternoon shows compare rival shows.

News: “TV Patrol” is still at the top as it consistently stayed in the 30% range, gaining a 31.4% rating, while rival news shows “24 Oras” and “Aksyon” rated 20.9% and 2.7% respectively.

Primetime: “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” remains the most watched show, hitting 45.4%, while “Little Nanay” only had 18.9%. “Pangako Sa’Yo” maintains its lead against rival show “That’s My Amboy” as it nears its ending episode. The teleserye hit 42.0% in the ratings yesterday for the third consecutive day. “That’s My Amboy” was only able to hit 16.7%.
